Srinagar DEC 7 (KNO) : Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Thursday denounced the attack on the civilians and vandalizing of property by the occupational forces in the Hajin area of Bandipora. Reportedly, scores of youth were injured when Indian armed forces fired bullets and pellets on them on Wednesday and also smashed everything that came their way including vehicles, windowpanes and also set on fire many paddy grass stacks in the area. One youth with a bullet injury in the knee has been admitted at SKIMS Bemina in Srinagar. In a statement, DeM general secretary, Nahida Nasreen said that the uniformed Indian terrorists unleashed a reign of terror in the area. “India and its occupational terrorists must understand that the resentment and anger against India and its forces will continue to grow among the youth in Kashmir as long as the repression and the terrorism of Indian forces continues in Kashmir,” she added. “These are the incidents why these younger generations hate India so much. That is why they pelt stones on its occupational forces whenever these forces enter civilian areas,” she added. Nasreen further said that in the past India renegades like Kukka Parrey to terrorise people in Hajin and adjoining areas but nowadays whole of Hajin support and are ready to die for the Mujahideen. “ India has been doing such blunders in the past to force people into accepting its illegal occupation but, like Hajin, whole of Kashmir has been resisting and fighting against these Indian forces including its, army, police and para-military. Kashmir don’t like the presence of these barbaric forces on their land,” she added. She said that the only solution to it is India must leave Kashmir as soon as possible. “India has to leave Kashmir one day; the sooner it is the better it will be,” she added. She also urged the World Bodies and the International HR organisations to take a strong notice of such incidents. “These organizations must take a notice of the illegal occupation which is the biggest violation of fundamental rights of people and secondly they should also take notice of the barbaric measures, like that of Hajin, India is adopting to sustain its illegal occupation in Kashmir,” she added. “These HR organizations and the UNO must take action against India and also should send fact finding teams to many places in Kashmir to find what Indian forces are doing here,” she added.(KNO)
